St. Honore Pastry Tip


The St. Honore pastry tip is a specialty pastry tip notably used for making the traditional Gateau St. Honoré, a rich dessert named after the patron saint of bakers, Saint Honoratus.

The No. 880 pastry tip looks similar to a round, plain tip with a v-notch removed from one part. This gives the characteristic pointed peaks as beads are piped in an upright fashion.
