Pizza making tools include the pizza knife that has a 14 inch cutting surface and an easy to clean collapsible alluminum pizza peel for the home. The Italian Kitchen also includes many different shaped beechwood kitchen tools with a natural mineral oil finish. The uniquely shaped silicone spatulas are heat resistant to 500 degrees and have beechwood handles.
