Oregano Chicken Breasts
Another recipe tested in our kitchens. Ingredient amounts may be changed to suit tastes.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts
Oil for browning
Seasoned flour for dredging

Mushrooms, sliced
Garlic, chopped
Oregano leaves, fresh, chopped
Chicken stock
White wine

Procedure:

          Dredge the chicken breasts in seasoned flour. Brown in heated oil over medium heat. Remove from pan and keep warm. In the same pan, add in mushrooms, garlic and fresh oregano. Stir over medium-high heat until mushrooms have lost some of their moisture; do not burn the garlic. Add in some chicken stock and white wine, each about 2 to 3 Tbsp for each breast. Add back the chicken breasts to the pan. Turn heat down slightly and cook until the chicken is done, and liquid has reduced somewhat.
