Cream Pesto Sauce
Use this sauce for your favorite pasta and other dishes.
Ingredients:
2/3 c whole cream
1/2 c Basil Pesto, or your favorite recipe
1 T white wine
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
Boil cream in a
small, heavy saucepan for a few minutes. As it is boiling stir in the pesto
and white wine. Bring back to a boil and take off heat. Add in salt and pepper
to taste.
