

Boursin
with Red Potatoes
This recipe comes from our test kitchen,
and is nothing more than steamed baby reds tossed with Boursin cheese to melt,
then briefly baked.
Ingredients:
Freshly steamed new red potatoes, quartered
Desired Boursin cheese, with herbs optional but delicious
Procedure:
Toss the freshly steamed quartered baby reds with enough Boursin cheese to suite tastes. Pour into a buttered casserole or baking dish and bake until bubbly in a 375° F oven.
