Flying Fish Roe, Watercress Pesto
Make pesto with equal amounts of basil leaves and watercress leaves, all stems removed. Place amount on spoon and top with flying fish roe.
Black Mission Fig, Boiled Almonds, Stilton
Arrange a small piece of stilton with ripe black mission fig and a boiled almond.
