Vegetable Sharpener

• This vegetable sharpener creates large round and conical shaped shavings for decorating purposes. The shavings can be arranged artistically to create a variety of shapes, including flowers.
• This tool is designed to be used with long vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers, as well as sticks of solid sugar or marzipan. Both the handle and the cone are made of plastic and the blade is constructed of stainless steel.
• Opening of the cone is 1 1/4" in diameter.
