• This stainless steel pan is most commonly used for lightly and quickly frying foods.
• The depth keeps food in the pan so it may by shaken and flipped constantly.
• It has a hollow, curved, riveted, stainless steel
  handle, and is induction ready.
• The composition is unique in that it is one continuous form that extends the entire form
  of the piece, giving no weak points for potential breakage due to separate layers of
  metal or welded parts.
• 5/64" thickness for each pan size.
