Rondeau Pot

• The stainless steel Rondeau is wide and low, allowing for the quick dispersion of steam for searing and poaching.
• The pan has two riveted, cast-iron handles, and
  comes with a lid.
• The composition is unique in that it is one continuous form that extends the entire
  form of the piece, giving no weak points for potential breakage due to separate layers of
