The stand is
made of chrome-steel and is adjustable in height from 10" to
16". There are two different width peelers that are used in conjunction
with the stand. The first peeler is designed for carrots and the other
for cucumbers and zucchini. Due to the unique positioning of the six
opposing blades, with one smooth downward movement the carrot, cucumber
or zucchini is peeled. The blades are on springs to accomodate varying
diameters.
