Chef's Knives are multi-tasking knives used to chop, slice, dice and general cuts.

• French-style knives are forged and made of high-carbon stainless steel.
• The blade is more straight and less rounded than that of a German-style knife.
• Forged bolster of these knives is rounded and creates a 90° angle with the blade.
• Straight handle is made of composite plastic with three aluminim rivets.
