French Cuisine Line

Carving knives have a long blade providing a longer cutting surface for more meat to be carved at a time. The sharp, narrow tip is ideal for quickly removing meat and fat from the bone.

• French-style knives are forged and made of high-carbon stainless steel.
  The blade is more straight and less rounded than that of a German-style knife.
• Forged bolster of these knives is rounded and creates a 90° angle with the blade.
• Straight handle is made of composite plastic with three aluminim rivets.
